The Dual Discriminator System with Ground Trac offers options for finding more treasure and less trash. -- The Tracker IV features 'Tone Discrimination' to tell you if you've found trash or possibly struck gold! The low tone is for nickels, pull tabs and most trash items. The high tone indicates you've found coins and silver. -- The Tone Discrimination feature can be adjusted so pull tabs give mid-range broken sound, making them easy to identify, and enabling discovery of coins or gold jewelry. On "Full Discrimination", the detector will reject trash and other unwanted items and emit a high tone for desired targets. -- Waterproof, 8" coil works in all soil types.
